Our CoMotion Walk in Nature is a gentle, guided walk designed to offer space for reflection, conversation and calm. We move at an easy pace, pausing when we need to, allowing nature to do what it does best: ground us, open us up and help us see things more clearly.
May is our Mental Wealth and Work Wellbeing month, and our walk is all about creating room to breathe and space to connect.
Who it’s for
This walk is for anyone who feels stretched, stuck, in transition or simply in need of time out and connection. You don’t need to be a “power walker” or have anything figured out, just a willingness to show up as you are.
